Report of CMP meeting of Kendriya Vidyalaya , Yol Cantt Cluster held on 23rd January, 2010.
2nd CMP meeting of Kendriya Vidyalaya Yol Cantt Cluster was arranged at Kendriya Vidyalaya , Yol Cantt on 23/1/2010 and the following principals , HMs and Senior PRTs attended the meeting and the following points were discussed and some suggestions / Decisions were taken in the meeting.

Suggestion / Decisions:-
1. Minutes of 1st meeting dated 11/9/2009 held at KV, Hamirpur discussed and reviewed.
2. Points mentioned in the letter of KVS(HQ) , New Delhi dated 4/1/10 regarding CMP for qualitative improvement of the primary education were discussed and reviewed.
3. Resource room is to be equipped with modern equipments e.g. digital copier, 29” colour TV , VCD/DVD player, OHP, LCD projector, magnetic board and white board and utilization record should be maintained.
4. Advance for preparation of TLM by the teacher should be used and display in resource room and classrooms. One display board should be provided in the resource room.
5. Worksheet records should be kept in resource room. One record with HM , one with teacher in-charge.
6. Library periods in block periods so that book review can be done.
7. Re-designing the time table for every instructional periods as per the instructions laid down in the ibid letter.
8. Afternoon of the day may be used for the film show and record should be maintained and questionnaire may be prepared, asked and kept in the resource room in a film show file.
9. CCA/Academic and sports calendar should be prepared at very beginning of session.
10. Publication of News letter 8-10 pages at cluster level should be prepared quarterly.
11. BPL parents should be motivated to take admission in KVS.
12. Exposure through excursions:-
Class IV and V to be taken within a radius of 30-40 KM .It is decided that if any visiting place e.g. zoo , park , historical place and religious place situated at the distance of more than 30 -40 KM it should be taken up.
Student should not to taken to water bodies like rivers, lake etc.
13. Almirahs as designed in the CMP letters 2008-2009 for class library may please be provided.
1) LAT TEST
Learnesls Achievment test conducted on 6-10-09 result prepared and sent to
KVS RO Chandigarh on 12-10-09.
2)Health checkup of all the students from class I-V conducted during sep& oct'
2009 and completed.
3)Educational film show is going on.
4)Deepawali greeting card mailing comp.was held on 14-10-09 at vidyalaya
level.
